I also got around to sorting through most of the freebies and goodies. This picture is most of the stuff, not all, but you can see it was a lot! My favorite swap – well, the only swap I participated in – was the charm swap. There were about 20 of us from the Yahoo! Board who participated, although I made 48 charms (we thought we would be closer to that number during sign-ups, and I made all mine way in advance). While it would’ve been cool to have more exchanging, this was a good number. I used all my extra charms as RAKs for my new friends and for teachers, and the bracelet looks really cool.
Alot of the CKU teachers have been blogging about the event. Tim Holtz's blog is super popular, and he just announced a drawing for free tuition to CKU-Houston in May (just leave a comment). This is the Tim Holtz t-shirt I bought at the event....it reads "to be all that is possible we must attempt the impossible. to be all that we can be we must dream of being more." Alot of us bought this t-shirt - isn't it cool?
Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
