Even though I am a native Southern Californian, I am embarrassed to admit that I have never been to the Fairplex in Pomona - until this weekend! The fairground facilities are really nice - and it was even more fun to work the Rubber Stamp and Scrapbook Expo as guests of Scrappin' Good Times of San Dimas. We watched the Bind-it-All and DreamKuts fly off the shelves as we demo'd and taught the make 'n take of the adorable mini-book that Jessica designed with Rebekka Erickson papers, chipboard, rub-ons and flowers! VERY exciting to see such enthusiastic responses from the crowds!
Was also happy to meet some new friends - Jenn and her mom from the CKU Yahoo group stopped by to say hi; met Michelle from M-Paperie, Emily from Brother, Josh & Jenn from SBC and Bronwyn - with the scrapbooking CHP hubby!
This event wraps up our calendar for March - April, May and June are going to be busy, fun!
