a real stinker

i had saved this paper because it was so cute.  i never knew what i might use it for.  until i shuffled my way through the Hollywood Half Marathon in April.  it was a dismal performance on my part - due to lack of training and a nagging injury.  i made the best of it running on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and enjoying being in Hollyweird - my old stomping grounds of my youth!  but i don't think i will likely drive that far for a same-day run again.  it was too far, too early.

 but what a cool medal!  :)
