Wanted to share these layouts that were made at Reflections last weekend. This class was taught by Mara-May Baca, who I now call the “queen of layering”. Seriously, these layouts weigh about a pound a piece. There is so much on these layouts! Count the paper layers….then there are stickers (and stickers upon stickers), flowers, bling, brads, ribbon, journaling cards, oh – and a photo or two. I haven’t gotten around to journaling just yet…I haven’t even put the title on the purple layout yet, but it’s supposed to be titled “everyday me.” I always find it difficult to journal about myself, so I need to get a quiet moment alone (ha!) and meditate on what I want to say about myself. Mara-May’s style is so colorful and fun…she also designed the party hats we are wearing in the photo below. Nothing like paper and glittery things to make grown women act so silly! Yippee!!
By the way, don't you love the line in Shrek about layers? Ogres have layers. Onions have layers. But what about parfaits and cakes? In our case....layouts have layers!! LOL!

Have a blingy day!
