Another Crop2Remember!

I am still recovering from the little sleep of last weekend's Crop2Remember event in Lake Forest. We had 20 scrappers over three days, from Friday morning to late Sunday afternoon. I am very proud of myself for having completed about 33 pages - about twice what I did at our April event. I guess I am more productive at 2AM (Saturday) and even 4AM (Sunday). I think in total I slept maybe nine hours from Friday to Sunday. No wonder I still feel hazy. But it's ALL good! I even danced on my chair as a window show for Pete and Rodney when they showed up to see what we were up to...didn't want them to think that all we really did was sit and scrap! Check out the crop room....in the wee hours of the morning.....yes, that is really all our stuff!

We had a great group of ladies, including "repeat offenders" Judy, Julie, Krystal, Terrie, Rebecca, Nikki and Robin. Terrie was crowned our Queen of the Crop and loooked radiant in her pink Bind-it-All bathrobe and DIVA tiara. "Behold the Power of the Tiara!"

Thanks to our sponsor stores (Red Bee, Timeless Treasures and Strictly Scrapbooking, http://www.frecklefriends.com/, http://www.mpaperie.com/ and http://www.eclecticpaperie.com/) and our product sponsors (including Per Annum, Tombow, Skinny Cow, Stemma) we had awesome door prizes and goodies. The gals from http://www.eclecticpaperie.com/ came to do a cute make 'n take project (thanks Joy, Daisy and Sam), and Jessica taught everyone how to make a mini Bind-it-All necklace. Can't forget to mention Scrapbook DIVA Danielle (from the Diva Craft Lounge) for donating the tiara for our Queen of the Crop. Appropriately, the tiara says DIVA.

*pat*pat*pat* ourselves on the back...Naomi, Jessica and YEAH us!
